Open: Daily 10.00am – 5.00pm
Closed: 24 December to 1 January inclusive

Event Days
There are five special event days per year. (See below). Entry on these days is likely to be more expensive and charged into the Centre’s grounds as this price includes both entry into the Event and Museum. Advance discounted Event Day tickets are available through our online shop or via our Ticket Hotline 01926 645029.

Promotional Discount Vouchers
We accept Promotional Discount Vouchers/Tesco Clubcard Deals Tokens as payment for entrance except on 5 days per year*. Vouchers/tokens cannot be used in the cafe, shop, or as payment for outdoor activities. Neither can they be used for group, education or family tickets or in conjunction with Gift Aid Season Tickets or annual memberships.
Gift Aid Season Tickets*, Tesco Deals Tokens and other promotional discount vouchers CANNOT be used on the following dates/events (see below), for more information see our Gift Aid information page.
