    Car Club Meetings & Events

    The Heritage Motor Centre is more than a traditional car museum, designed with both enthusiasts and family visitors in mind. Attractions include: the world’s largest collection of historic British cars; the Land Rover 4×4 off-road experience; licensed café and gift shop.

    From committee meetings of 4 people, to full AGM’s of up to 500, the Heritage Motor Centre is the perfect venue for any Club meeting or event.

    The Heritage Motor Centre hosts a range of events throughout the year from club visits to car club and motorcycle rallies and weekend enthusiast shows.

    Rally Packages

    The Heritage Motor Centre is the home to the world’s greatest collection of British cars which is why it’s the perfect place for your club or group to hold your rally.

    We offer a selection of rally packages to suit your clubs needs which can be found below, alternatively please contact our Clubs & Groups Co-ordinator on 01926 645032 or by emailing clubs@heritage-motor-centre.co.uk to discuss any bespoke needs you may have.

    Rally Package (Weekends Only) – £275 per day (inc. VAT)

    • Your own exclusive RALLY name
    • Dedicated parking on the outdoor, hard-standing Events Arena for 100 cars with a sensational backdrop of the Centre
    • On-site directional signage to your ‘event’
    • FREE – 30 museum admission tickets, home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world! Additional tickets on ‘Sale or Return’ basis – £6.00 each
    • Discounted admission charge into the museum of £8.00 for all additional Rally participants (normally £11.00)
    • A Meeting Room for up to 30 people (for a committee meeting)
    • FREE listing on the Centre’s website, with your specific ‘event’ details
    • Trade Stand space available with income returned to the Rally Organiser

    Super Rally Package (Weekends Only) – £550 per day (inc. VAT)

    • Your own exclusive RALLY name
    • Dedicated parking on the outdoor, hard-standing Events Arena for 100 cars with a sensational backdrop of the Centre

    • FREE – 60 museum admission tickets, home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world! Additional tickets on ‘Sale or Return’ basis – £6.00 each

    • A Meeting Room for up to 100 people
    • FREE listing on the Centre’s website, with your specific ‘event’ details

  • Motorcycle Rideout Information (Weekends Only)

    Motorcycle Rideouts

    If you’re part of a Motorcycle club or group and you’re looking for an ideal central location for your next ride out, then look no further than the Heritage Motor Centre. Located in the heart of Warwickshire minutes off Junction 12 of the M40 with easy road access, ample free bike parking and a gateway to the nearby Warwickshire and Cotswold countryside.

    The Heritage Motor Centre is also home to the world’s greatest collection of British cars, with its fantastic cafe it offers the perfect rendezvous for your club or group to meet, network and depart onto the open road.

    • Dedicated bike parking area with a sensational backdrop of the Centre
    • Museum admission tickets, home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world!
    • A meeting room (for helmets, coats, etc)
    • Tea or Coffee voucher for the café
    • Guided tour of the museum (if required)
    • All for £8.00 per person in groups of 12 or more

  • Car Club Technical Days (Weekends Only) – £417.50

    Car Club Technical Days

    Come along to the Heritage Motor Centre and use our workshop and conference facilities alongside your club’s own technical expert and vehicles. We provide a meeting room and the use of a ramp in our workshop, allowing your club’s technical expert an ideal opportunity to provide tuition for your club members on the technical knowledge behind the vehicles.

    • Expert tuition via your car club, for up to 20 people
    • 10 in workshop and 10 in meeting room.
    • Car club supplies vehicles and technical expert
    • Space for one vehicle on a ramp and one on the floor
    • HMC workshop member of staff will be present throughout the day – carrying out HMC work
    • Workshop available from 9am – 5pm
    • Optional extra: standard AV’s £35
    • Catering: various options
    • FREE – 20 museum admission tickets, home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world!
    • Discounted admission charge into the museum of £6.00 for all additional rally participants (normally £11.00)
