Upon arrival follow the blue and white signs for Disabled Museum Parking which will take you to the designated parking area.
Car Parking On Special Event Days
On event days disabled parking is moved to ensure it is nearest to the show entrance, which is usually at the top of site. Should you require any assistance on event days please inform a car parker when you arrive on site and they can arrange for a shuttle down to the museum.
Drop Off Point
There is a drop off point just outside the museum entrance located on the left hand side of the road.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for hire from the museum pay desk. Visitors can either request a chair upon arrival or pre-book a chair by calling 01926 641188 or emailing enquiries@heritage-motor-centre.co.uk
Access Around The Building
The museum has lift access to all floors and level floors within the museum, cafe and facilities.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on to site but they must be controlled on a lead and all mess picked up and disposed of. They should not be left in hot or unventilated cars. Guide or Assistance Dogs are allowed into the museum building.
Baby Changing
There are baby changing facilities on the ground floor of the museum.
Induction Loops
Portable induction loops are available from the museum pay desk or conference reception. Our exhibitions using audio also feature built in induction loops.
International Visitors
A document providing an introduction to the Heritage Motor Centre and its exhibitions is available from the museum pay desk in 14 languages.
