The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket.
Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below and by using this site you are acknowledging your consent to them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must stop using this website immediately. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
This British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop website is currently only available in English.
Any reference in this site to speed or performance should not be taken as an encouragement to drive either dangerously or at speeds in excess of national limits.

Some of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not always practical or possible to publish detailed specifications. All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been acquired from suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual user.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your payment card account in the value of the incorrect price (including any applicable delivery charges).
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted on despatch and British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
If the price of goods ordered changes prior to dispatch then we will send you an e-mail and you may, in those circumstances, cancel your order prior to despatch of the goods.
All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage & packing is an additional cost based on a fixed fee plus a cost according to the weight of the item(s) to be delivered.
Availability of Goods
Availability information for titles is listed for each individual product. If British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop will not charge your payment card until the date your order is despatched to you. British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop will inform you by e-mail at the e-mail address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your payment card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order – please contact us immediately if you believe any of the information concerning your order is incorrect. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please contact us via the contact details above if your order is unsuccessful and you would like to re-order.
For all products other than Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs, a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. That email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been despatched will not form part of our contract with you.
In the respect of Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we acknowledge your order by email. That email shall represent confirmation of your order. Please note that since both Heritage Certificates and Period Tax Discs are personalised products you may not cancel your order after we have acknowledged your order.
In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your notification of acceptance will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your notification to us will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
Safe Shopping - secure guarantee
The British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security systems to safeguard your data. British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
The British Motor Museum logos are the property of the BMIHC. All names, images, logos identifying car marques are used with the owner's permission. All third party brand, product, service and company names contained on this site are the trademarks, service marks and trade names of their respective holders. We do not give any permission for their use by any person other than the holders. Any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
All Terms & Conditions on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
We do not represent, warrant, endorse or hold responsibility over any external sites that may be linked to or from this site. Any external site that you visit by clicking through a link on this site is outside of our control and you visit entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop's liability for death or personal injury as a result of British Motor Museum Online Gift Shop's negligence.
All admission tickets, track runs and packages are non-refundable and have no expiry date. Admission tickets are only valid during public opening times and cannot be exchanged to another event. An advance admission ticket allows you entry but does not guarantee entry on a particular day. On extremely busy days we may have to close the gates for Health & Safety reasons.
Replacement for lost or forgotten tickets CANNOT be given out on site. New tickets must be purchased at the gate and a Heritage Motor Centre receipt obtained. The onsite receipt must be sent together with proof of advance ticket purchase (order confirmation) to Events, Heritage Motor Centre, Banbury Road, Gaydon ,Warwickshire. CV35 0BJ, after the event for a 75% refund. Refunds will not be given apart from in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a 25% charge.
Concession tickets are available for those who are 60yrs +. A Family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children (under the age of 16). Children aged 5 - 16 are eligible for a child ticket. Under 5's are admitted free of charge
An admission ticket can be used for one day's admission to the Centre only. However, if Gift Aided a ticket becomes valid for 1 year's free entry (exclusions apply see Gift Aid conditions on till receipt).
With exception of guide dogs, we regret that pets are not permitted anywhere in the museum. Pets on site must be kept on a lead at all times.
BMIHT reserves the right to refuse admission should visitors breach any Rules and Regulations of the BMIHT.
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, theft or injury on this site under any circumstances except in the case of personal injury or death caused solely by our negligence.
BMIHT reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen conditions.
Attendance at the show, camping/caravanning and parking is at your own risk. All visitors must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the show.
Do not leave valuables unattended.
On arrival, it is the responsibility of the camper to report to the Campsite Officer to agree pitching instructions.
A Camping Pass issued by The British Motor Museum must be shown on entry to the site by each caravan / camping unit and displayed at all times.
Caravans and tents must be pitched at a minimum space of 6 metres apart and in a position agreed with the Campsite Officer.
Pitches must be kept tidy and left clean on vacating the site.
No holes, pits or drainage channels to be dug on the rally site without the express consent of the Campsite Officer.
Properly constructed toilet tents may be erected.
The contents of chemical toilets must be disposed of at the disposal point provided.
Wastewater must be collected in a suitable receptacle and disposed of at the disposal point provided.
All rubbish must be deposited in the bin bags provided and disposed of at the refuse disposal point provided. Clubs using the campsite for a Rally must provide their own bin bags. A charge will be made to the club for litter picking, if the site is left dirty.
Vehicles must not be driven unnecessarily on the Campsite.
A speed limit of 5 M.P.H is applicable to ALL vehicles on the Campsite.
Current driving licence holders ONLY to drive on the Campsite. Learner and unlicensed drivers are not permitted to drive on the site.
Mechanically powered, passenger carrying model, toy or miniature vehicles are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite.
Motor cycles, mopeds, motorised scooters, skateboards and mopeds are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite.
Open fires must not be lit on the Campsite.
Barbecues must only be lit and used at the designated barbecue area.
It is highly recommended that each caravan, tent or camping unit is equipped with a fire extinguisher and everyone knows how to operate such equipment.
All campers should acquaint themselves with the location of fire points / fire extinguishers.
Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead not exceeding 3 metres when on any part of the Campsite.
Dogs must not be allowed to foul the Campsite. Dog walkers are requested to clear up after their animals and dispose of the waste in a sealed bag at the refuse disposal point provided.
Noise from musical instruments, radio, television or other entertainment equipment must not inconvenience others.
Generators must be adequately silenced and not cause annoyance to other people.
Generators should not be run between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 without the express permission of the campsite Officer.
Generators must comply with and be operated to all current British Standards and HSE requirements.
The flying of model aircraft or kites is not permitted.
Ball games are not permitted close to caravans or tents.
Catapults and air guns or other firearms are not permitted on the Campsite.
The Campsite Officer is responsible for the general conduct of the site and has the authority to require people to leave the Campsite for any contravention of the foregoing rules.
