Return and Exchange Policy
The Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop is happy to exchange or refund any items returned in their original condition with a receipt up to 28 days from the date of purchase.
Regrettably, we are not able to exchange:
- Video, DVD, audio, multimedia or software products and the product seal has been broken; or
- Goods made to your specifications or personalisation e.g. Heritage Certificates
- Special event tickets or museum admission tickets (see terms and conditions)
