Ordering & Payment

Placing Orders

We have designed our site to be as simple as possible, so purchasing from us is even easier than on the high street.

When you have found the product you would like to buy, simply click the "add to basket" button. Once you are happy with your order, you can proceed to checkout. If you have already ordered from us before, you will be asked for your e-mail address and password, if not, you will need to complete our simple one-step registration.

Once you are signed in, you will be given a chance to review your order, and then pay. Once you have placed the order, we will send you an e-mail receipt, and also let you know once your order has been dispatched.

You may also place your order by phone, by calling us on 01926 64 11 88. You may also visit the Heritage Motor Centre Gift Shop in person at the Heritage Motor Centre during normal opening times (please see the Heritage Motor Centre website for more information about visiting in person.

Order History

Your order history can be viewed by logging on to your account (click My Account and follow the log in process) and then click 'View Order History'. All orders placed, processed and dispatched will be there for you to view.

Payment Methods

We are pleased to offer many ways for you to pay for your order. We currently accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo and Electron.

Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

VAT on Goods Sold By Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop

VAT
VAT (value added tax) is charged on goods sold by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. In general, VAT is charged in accordance with European Legislation in each member state.
All prices displayed for goods sold by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop are inclusive of UK VAT. You will be able to see your final price (inclusive of applicable VAT) before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information (including your delivery address).

VAT for UK customers
The UK VAT rate on books delivered to the UK is 0%. For non-book items that are shipped to addresses within the UK (such as CDs, DVDs and prints) the UK VAT rate is 17.5%. For items containing a book and an item such as a CD-ROM (mixed media), the VAT charged is dependent on the proportion of the total cost subject to VAT. The VAT rate on delivery reflects the VAT rate of the items we are sending you.

VAT for EU customers outside the UK
For goods sent to addresses within the EU, VAT is included in all prices quoted. Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop is required by law to collect VAT on orders for goods dispatched to most countries within the European Union. For EU customers outside of the UK, amounts of VAT charged are in accordance with European Legislation.

VAT for customers outside of the EU
Although goods sold by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT, Heritage Motor Centre Gift Shop customers pay the same prices across the world as this helps us to cover some of the additional costs of providing a service to international customers.

When ordering goods from Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
