Due to a major refurbishment programme, access to original material from the Archive Store will be temporarily suspended from 1 January until the end of May 2008. During this period the Reading Room and its library will be open as normal but no appointments will be available to view documents or photographs from the store.
For the car enthusiast looking for that individual picture of your vehicle, the thousands of images which have been digitised will continue to be available throughout this period but no new research from the negative collections will be possible until the refurbishment is complete, so please wait before contacting us with your enquiry.
