TRADE BOOKING INFORMATION |
The deadline for all trade bookings, is the last Monday before each Event. If you have any enquiries
regarding trade bookings email events@heritage-motor-centre.co.uk
We try to keep trade pitch prices to a minimum, so please support us when camping or staying overnight at a show by paying for camping/overnight passes (at £10) and displaying the pass (where applicable).
There is no limit on the number of bookings for Trade Stands.
To book print off, fill out and post back a trade form. Ensure you have read and fully understand our risk assessment. Please note that on completion of the booking form this means you have automatically accepted our terms and conditions and risk assessment.
Please either post the forms to us or fax them on 01926 641555. The booking form must be signed and accompanied by a signed risk assessment and payment. A receipt will be sent to the address on the form (unless otherwise stated), once full payment is made.
Please note chairs and tables will only be supplied to inside stall holders. Auto jumble pitches available outside only. The cost per pitch is indicated in the following event sections. |

SUPERCAR SUNDAY |
Outside pitch (4m x 4m) £25 + VAT. No infrastructure available
Inside pitch (3m x 3m) £35 + VAT. Table and Chairs only available inside. NO table cloths
Discounts available after 4 pitches
Cost per pitch includes: 1 Vehicle pass, 2 passes
Extra passes £6 – This is a special rate to traders who book in advance. Prices are double on the day
Cheques made payable to BMIHT, card payments acceptable

There will be a number of traders at the show over the weekend to enable you to buy those modifications or essentials for your MGF/TF. If you are a trader and wish to take a plot at the show please contact our trade liaison officer, Adrian Clifford at pr@mgfregister.org
