The Brief: The clubs annual dinner dance, they were looking for a venue that was something a bit different and somewhere they had not been before, but was still local enough for everyone.
The Challenges: This years Club Captain is Irish so he was looking for an Irish theme to the night.
The Solution: The organiser worked alongside our chef and hospitality team and came up with an Irish themed menu with treats such as, traditional Irish country leek & potato soup with Rankins soda bread and for desert Limerick sticky toffee pudding with Baileys cream sauce. The room was decorated in white, orange and green and the evening started with an 'O'thenitc Irish Kiss' cocktail which the guests enjoyed whilst wandering the Museum enjoying the collection.
The Verdict:

It was a pleasure to deal with a team of professionals who appeared to get as much enjoyment out of the evening as we did.
