Star Cars
Our summer exhibition of famous cars from TV & film includes the Batmobile, the new Judge Dredd vehicle and Shaun the Sheep’s Land Rover, to name just a few. The Star Car exhibit will be here all summer with children’s activities themed around it for the school summer holidays. Read more about our Star Cars exhibition.
Every Day
Star Car Summer Fun – Star Car quiz & Star Car colouring competition, two of the daily self guided activities for all the family enjoy as well as our usual hands on experiences of the Museum.
Go Karts, Miniature Roadway & 4×4 Experience will be running daily throughout the Warwickshire School Holidays (weather permitting) from 11am until 4pm. These activities are open to non Museum visitors and age and height restrictions apply. Tickets should be bought from the Museum pay desk before your ride.
Stop Start – learner driving experiences for 15+ years in our dual controlled vehicles. Great for bored teenagers these 1hour sessions cost £30 and include entrance to the Museum for the driver. Pre-booking is essential, call 01926 645029 for more information and to book.
Every Thursday
Star Car Activity Day – every Thursday in our Education Room from 11am until 3pm will be a host of special Star Car themed activities for all the family to enjoy. The activities are free of charge and no pre-booking is required, but children must be supervised at all times. Come and make your own Hollywood star door plaque, decorate your own Land Rover, make your own Timmy and Shaun the Sheep! Just a few of the activities to choose from.
New! A children’s tour has been introduced for the summer. Our costumed Batman character, local actor Nick Lancaster will be running family friendly tours of the Star Cars exhibition on the hour from 11pm to 4pm every Thursday.
